Sorry to hear about your son.  Hopefully it is correctable.

I once came back to an Enterprise rental being gone from it's parking space.  Turns out it was towed for expired registration.  No big deal though as they dropped off a new car in less than an hour, with expired registration tags.  No big deal though, because when I noticed and called they said to bring it back and they would trade it out.  That was pretty easy though because I only had to drive it five miles before it threw a rod out the block and the tow truck had to drive the rest of the way.

Hey its actually snowing out there! Thats a good thing because there hasn't been much in the way of precip lately. Good thing is, its just regular cold not ridiculous cold like some of the rest of you peeps have got going. Word on the street is this might be a Pineapple express coming in.  

In other good news I finally got this Tom Tom to connect and do an update.

Its getting so dark out there right now I'm going to have to spend extra electricity to run the led porch lights. Its so cold out there that i could put a dish of ice cream out there and it might not melt. I tell ya if its not one thing its another. I got an email from the library that said some items i had checked out were about to become overdue. It took me almost a minute and a half to renew some of them online.

And right now, sleet is coming down so hard my hair could get wet if I went outside without my hat.

It's zero here.  12 degrees warmer than last night when I was sitting on the couch debating whether to get back outside, drive to the gym to do laps in the pool.  Bagged it.  Now I have to go. 

Remind me when it's 100 degrees this summer and the state is burning and how nice zero would be.  Right?

For now though it might get down to 28. I full expect to see 1/4 to 1/2 inch of snow in the morning that should melt off the road by 1 or 2

About 7 weeks ago I could have done that with a bag of ice for about a week. But now....not so much.
