I ain't gonna over do it. . . I just gonna take it easy changing a fuel filter, spark plugs . . . 8 hours for this

Then, remember the pics of the 848 I posted? Well, I have to work on that POS[it hurts calling a Duc that], not sure is gonna start or if it's gonna start and if it does, how is gonna work.

Also, remember my bike IS IN the shop, needing to be finished . . .  as per suggestion of a factory technician, I should avoid using my bike if I am going to be in constant traffic jams  . . . something to do with oil degradation due to temperature.

Also, 4 customers appointments were cancelled due to me not being available; I know your're all concerned that I might be over doing it, but, I'm trying to work based on Ducati's time frames for the jobs at hand and [start rant here] somewhere, somehow, I must give support to the 'sales-idiot', yes, they got a 'sales-idiot' who was a 'top sales' selling his ship anchor bikes . . . Has no clue on Ducati and it's easier to call me once or twice an hour[during normal business hours and his extended schedule] to ask about certain features and when my answer was "in the DCS's Web Academy you will find ALL the answers to ALL your questions and more" like a big whiner he is, called the owner to complaint[yes he was calling during my sick spell] . . . so I got a note asking me to be 'nice' . . . yeah right, that's gonna happen soon . .end of rant

For the rest, just sitting around in the house, watching over the worker doing the laundry extension, yes, yes, pics will follow . . . and in a while, me and wife will go out to run a few errands and grab lunch . . . haven't been out since last Sunday . . .

Yup they have three catagories,  Meanest Monster, oldest Monster and most customized Monster.  If most customized means catalog queen I should do well.  If it means people that have actually built a bike with real deal one off custom stuff.......  It will still be fun!

Kinda looking to see who goes for the oldest Monster win.  Hopefully there will be a turnout and lots of Ducs to drool on.  Hope you all have a great day!

He does . . . OH, now he sent an email with a GREAT IDEA "of his own" since we're getting the M1200/S this week, we should invite ALL Monster owners to a contest !!!! What a great idea . . . I just replied with the link to a local USA dealership that is having that same contest . . . am I a bad person? ;D

As long as the owner keeps finding 'sales monkies' that DON'T want to learn Ducati, I will keep on having issues with them . . .

Cool, rain, and overcast here all day. Plus it is LOUD  >:( There is construction right to the left of our building and they have been working all day. Law says they can only go till 5.

Well, they can work 24 hours a day, but there are noise restrictions. I am sure if I stood out there with a dosimeter, they would be over the legal noise levels. At 5 the noise has to stop!

I guess I have a different perspective.

I don't live in a city though.

If a neighbor needs to run an excavator in the middle of the night, for whatever reason, it's OK with me.
