Nate, I will be looking for something or taking some time off . . . As a friend who just called a few ago to wich HBD since he was out of country and noticed my voice . . . He said "last vacation" you took, was the cruise and this was a week after close to 4 years of working non-stop 6-7 days a week many times, do what you have to do, rest, do something other than  mechanical or diagnostics for a while . . .

But, I am indeed sending my resume to a few companies who might need someone with my 20+ yrs in the field

I have a phone, supplied by and paid for by the Salt Mine.  The moment I walk inside my house I turn it the make the beast with two backs off.  They pay for the phone not the right to 24/7 contact.

In the world where I work... when you throw a punch at somebody (even some prick who desperately deserves it) you wont need to write any letter outlining the terms by which you'll continue to remain employed.

For what I know, owner is doing nothing about it, it seems the other part was fortold to learn that and that I was a short fused person, that I would teach you once doing in front of you, twice letting you do it, third just reminding you how to do it . . . he just went too far this time . . .

Tell the owners to make you the GM...
