I paid only 47k for this place and have put more than that into it and it still looks like crap  [laugh]

2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

The templater...and the installers were impressed with the install of the cabinets.

I mounted the support brackets and the guy threw a level on the breakfast bar and said ...

it's out of level...anyone have a piece of paper? ;D

They added a shim or two to take vibration out of the actual counter tops. ;)
