I hear you on the sleep thing. It can get you down too. Gotta watch that.
The lack of exercise was affecting my sleep. I noticed the rest days between workouts were the worst. It will be months before I can train or work properly and I fear, sleep soundly. But as my activity increases the sleep is better. Hope the boots off soon Ted.

I am working miracles, bikes are getting repaired, favors are being owed . . .

Lots of help from DMFers and other people I know . . . Saturdays I am "working" 3 hours . . . and everyday I get a power nap before work starts, after lunch and sometime in the afternoon . . .
