Tired...

Ran a 5k today....first race in 2 years.   :P

It felt horrible, but loved every minute.

Time was respectable.  

Now another 12 weeks of training before a half marathon on Aug. 31.

Been training for the last 12 weeks.

I think the horrible feeling was from eating too much caramel popcorn from Nuts on Clark yesterday at work.  Big boss always brings back a huge bag from Chicago when he's there for business :P

Time was pretty good and the horrible feeling goes away, so I'm pretty happy.

Enough to get up and run a few more miles tomorrow morning.
