a bit of balsamic vinegar, garlic fresh, pepper . . . and a very hot grill; the egg noodles, some soy sauce, garlic, cider vinegar mixed in saucepan with some butter and peanut oil . . then tossed the noodles and done . . . that was about 8oz of noodles and 12~14 oz of pork chop . ..  the package weighted 0.742kg and only 2 pieces came in it

the vinegar is just to have "an emulsion" to help soften the meat and keep it moist . . . I do let it rest before puting it on the plate
