Shoulder is a lingerer...Tennsi injury I assume..
Everything else is getting old and lazy. Need to target my core and get stronger.

Now time for a  and the bubble bath.  Hike in the morning.

At this point, I would ride a scooter or any dang bike.

I have artritis in my middle finger from overuse I assume....

My Saturday was good mate.

Another day of carting firewood up from the paddock into the woodshed.  Hauled 10m³ today.  Quite pleased with myself.. and feeling pleasantly weary.

Strong core helps with riding, it's true.
My focus is different with busted ribs.I've been trying to strengthen my legs and get less inflexible to help on track days.
