with the leftover sauce from ribs, I'll heat it up and throw in some PriceSmart[Costco] packaged ham, slice some onion and some butter . . . then tossed the mix between some bread . . . maybe baguette  . . .

Whew!  All caught up. I had a student a few weeks ago write on the eval for class "she has short hair".  No pony tail here 

FAA asbestos class. Engineers that drill into vinyl asbestos floor tile every so often. On ass that questions everything. I just kept quoting OSHA code to him  .

One more day of that and then a confided space class for a big aerotech on Thursday and then off till Monday. Half a day on Thursday

My brain is fried. I made a big pan of ground beef, onions, pepper, black beans, tomatoes and spices.  Dinner and lunch till it is gone.

It is still 90 outside. We broke a heat record for today.

Going to Cousin Brenda's house for the 4th. I will bring the corn on the cob plates! Otherwise, no plans. I really need to have some fun. Been a while.

I do not do the whole fire works thing.  My Mom died on the 3rd at a picnic and we (my 3 sisters and I) found out on the 4th. Kinda ruined it for me going forward.

the 4th isn't as big down here as new year is, so it'll probably just be a kick back day. maybe I'll go ride or something... the only thing I know is coming up is a friend of mine wants to go wine shopping, so that's probably saturday's plan.
