OK, at the shop at last . ..

If haloumi is goat cheese, I have cooked/eaten goat cheese, regular kind, not haloumi . . . no worries Ung, really enjoyed the short film . ..  and a good question, what's for dinner?  . . . Proly, dine out with the missus . ..  Lunch, uhm, lunch . ..  still dunno

I eat 1x espresso for breakfast.... usually skip lunch....  a single serve meal at dinner time, tonight was home-made pizza.

Scoffing dates now though  ;D

But teenage boys empty the refrigerator faster than I get hungry  ;D

Morning all..

Koko we pan fry our haloumi until it is golden on both sides...

It is a frying cheese originally from Cyprus.

Also great grated and made into fritters with grated zucchini.

Tony I have never had it softened in water before...

I am not a fan of some of the blue cheeses.
2004 S4R, Full Termi Kit, marving midpipe, DP Clutch pressure plate, Rizoma Open Clutch Cover,  Ducabike Slave Cyl and some tasteful carbon blingy goodness
