In, Aussie rules football, you wear boots with 'studs' (pretty much identical to soccer boots) to grip the grass. It's not played on artificial grass.

Tony, I wished  I was gonna be boss, factory is copying me on 99% of emails that usually I had no idea, my concern was service, now, I've got info on shipments and orders, only me and "owner", now GM at company who bougth us can place/cancel orders . . . .

Hate you Tony, just for now, Portet House is so dificult to get, I must pre-order and order should be no less than 5Kg

Overall  not sure wgat is gonna happen, I am searching and looking for a job, just in case
