At home, still not well. Laryngitis! AND sinusitis. Have filled many tissues with green goo!  :'(

Not quite the hamburger with the lot, but close. Well, at least I didn't get the flu, thank God.

GK, if only you could go back, to the # 9XXX pages and read about it . . . At least they could have put in a little extra for the time I had to wait for it !!!

Sorry, I hate stories that end with the 'it was just a dream' line, but I seriously couldn't resist.

It seems to be a rare thing these days when companies pay their frontline workers more than the award, or extra for messing them around.

Sadly, it is a dream to wish . . . New bean counters say "employees should not pay out of pocket for materials or work to be done on vehicles or installations should be first: requested via quote and no less than 3 quotes . . . "

In order for me to be able to have done a few jobs, I had to pay an external shop and then basically bite the bullet . . . Since June, I just sit around waiting for money to pay for stuff . ..  If customer says, OK, I will charge off the books and < this is not correct, but, has to be done in order to keep the wheels turning . .. :-\

yes and no . . . If I need something machined, I need 3 shops to quote . . . if I need something painted, 3 quotes. . . if I need to replace the shithole thing that makes it fill and stop, 3 quotes . ..  I need a light bulb, 3 quotes . . . seems overkill when you want to get bikes in and out and make money . .  but, they don't understand that "time is money"

Heartbeat is pulse and mine is normal. Today it was 75. Blood Pressure is a systolic and diastolic measurement of the heart at work. Under 90 systolic is considered low. I have been dealing with this since I was a teenager. I am going in for a tilt table test.
