yes very much, I can close it, still having issues grabbing . . . but following the exercise routine the doc ordered . . . tomorrow afternoon re evaluation but sick leave ended yesterday, I am to go to work tomorrow morning, then appnt is at 1200h, public hospital, to have the re evaluation done, then "limits will be set". . . they think I have others working with me !!!

Been taking: Diazepam 45mg, Diclofenaco Sodico 50mg, Paracetamol[fancy name for acetaminophen], Doloneurobion XR[starting today] 2xday . . . tonight, last diazepam actually, first two days, was one morning one evening, then Sat and today only evening . . . has been a NO driving weekend for me
