I forgot I was supposed to be working yesterday...so after T assured me she had everything under control on the home front...

I beat feet to the track to stand in my perch...and freeze my ass off on a windy 60 ish degree August morning. Of course I was dressed for the occasion...

I found a wallet on the sidewalk while walking Lucy after work last night. 15 bucks, some debit cards, court paperwork, collections notice from a debt collector.

Belongs to a 23 year old guy. Found his dad, but not him, on the internet. Called dad. He was able to match the info on the DL. Dad said keep the cash and toss the rest. The guy was at hempfest instead of where he should have been. Dad was pissed.

Still searching for the kid. Might just give it to the  [leo].

It's a ton of work to take proper care of a dog, but as far as I'm concerned it's until she passes.

The old girl is 16 now and starting to show it  :-\
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
