A guy once told me about the 80:20 principle.

It states that often we're 80% happy and 20% unhappy. It's the 20 that we think about and get upset about, when 80% is going well.

Of course this doesn't have much to with Carlos' situation, but heck, there was talk of percentages, and that's what popped into my head!
