depends on what time you "normally" get up.

During the week I'm up at 5:30, Saturday this week was 6, and yesterday was 5:15, so 8 felt more like 10.

B's still sleeping don't expect to see him before 10-11.

I'm a 5:30 person during the week.  I guess that's why by 7:00AM even on the weekends, I'm wide awake.

Greetings!

Just returned from a game of basketball. First game since I was 18! I turned 44 yesterday, so I've been out of the game for a bit! Lol!

We did okay considering I was a ring in, one of our blokes was crook, we had no subs, they had 3 and my fitness is a laughing matter!

The score? Until 10 minutes to go, the score was 13.13.

Then they ran over the top of us.

Highlights? I got two shots from the free throw line... Got neither!

The real surprise was shooting a goal that put us in front!

End score? 27:15. They were just too good.

I am really sore and expect much worse tomorrow.

Worth it though!

howdy...long time no talk....

to somewhat duplicate what I posted in the local forum...

well, the promotion is hectic and keeping me busy with learning and switching skills and all kinds of things....

40-44 hours a week turned into 55-60 hours a week...

the wedding where dolci and I are officially joined is in 2 weeks, though the venue is private from 5-9, it is public after that if you want to join us for a toast at Max's Taphouse in Fells Point on 9/13....

we moved into a slightly bigger house a month and a half ago ( from a 1900 square foot townhome to a 3100 square foot single family with a complete unfinished basement)...

I got my bar set up as an actual bar in its own separate room and not as a storage device with a bunch of other crap on it like in the garage before....

my running has suffered a bit ( okay, a lot actually), but did the Annapolis 10 miler with little to no training in 1:33:16, which was 7+ minutes faster than I had expected....

am thinking I might be able to train enough to actually race at the Army 10 Miler...or at least be under 1:30 comfortably...

my new next door neighbor has an S4RS project bike along with an S4Rs TriColour and a GSXR track steed....

my riding has mostly consisted of commuting as of late....

that's the short quick and dirty....how have y'all been?!?!?!

Well, up and out the door at 0549, walked dogs (in the dark, I hate shorter days).

Now time to feed them and myself. Friends are going out to ride Ortega Hwy, just can't seem to muster the drive this morning, mostly due to that I don't like canyon riding at sunrise, too many dark corners.

Congrats Zoom, sounds like things are going well. [thumbsup]
