Why the long face?  Because your buddy GK had to go inside and go to bed?

;)

Yuck.  Sorry to see, Mike.

It's "the season".  Hope it passes quickly.

Couple of new guys here I see. ;D

What's old is new again.  (Just like my wardrobe.)

Stella's been busy.

Closed on a condo this week after having looked for a while.  Crazy market here.  Sucks to be a buyer but pretty certain I bought smart with what I got and where it is (old air force base here in Den.).   :P

Painting this weekend and a slow move next week or two as the job allows.

Once that's all done, I start swimming and running and pedaling again for no good reason other than to justify more food intake.

House is cozy warm, huh?!  I'm really happy for you and T and Z!!!

Housing is crazy...even building one yourself.

Congrats.

Yeah...it's very different from the old place...very.

I'd hope so, be kind of counter productive to have built the same thing  [laugh]

So I observed from afar on a moto interweb site.    I even feel the relief for you!

Over 'n out.   For now.

Catch up with y'all again soon for more (preferred) mundane stuff.    [bacon]

What...cold and drafty isn't in these days? ;D

We need to talk at some point about some controls. Apparently boiler manufacturers have a limited view of necessary variables.

Later Stella.
