12k BTU/hr (1 ton) air conditioner is for a ~500 square foot room.

Depends on external environment, number and quality of windows, room sun exposure, wall insulation, etc.

2kW system is ~6.8k BTU/hr.

Correct . . . front windows are 2mts wide and 6' tall rear are 1.5mts wide and 4' tall . . . will post pics later
