We used to have a lot of good beer, back when they took their time brewing it.
Coopers and Tassie Tiger beer (Cascade) aint bad.

Yeah VB makes me ill after one chemically filled can.

I aint a beer snob.

Its beer.  So its not possible that its awful.  Heineken is Dutch VB, Corona is sweet and girly, Guinness is good occasionally and Crown Lager is VB in a posh bottle.

The only Australian beer I'd choose to drink is Coopers Sparkling Ale.  Although sparkling it is not. 

My beer of first choice is Urquell Pilsner, but ya just don't find it everywhere around these parts.

VB literally makes me ill, theres somethin' in it that's bad. It never used to, but it actually taste so different now.
I'd agree on the Crown lager, good description. You tried The Dog for sure over there?
Coronas in summer, Guiness in winter, Heinies aint bad and surely heaps better than Vomit Beer.

I like coopers sparkling for a normal beer. Current experiment is a coopers mild ale mid strength...

OK I made a mistake when I said that its not possible for beer to be awful.  I'd rather drink my own urine that Newcastle Brown Ale.  Perhaps the Geordies are doing both  .   They stole the Harbour Bridge and shrunk it too.

Xxxx and fosters are also in the awful for me category.

But I do not drink a lot of beer.

Used to drink cascade but they changed the recipe and I react to it now. Dont mind boags occasionally.

Look forward to a beer next catchup wherever it ends up being. May need to visit Melb for work. If so will be then....
