I'm already in trouble w/a few condo neighbors for a canine that was too barky the other day.

hmmm not a bad plan.

Although everyone here has dogs.  The woman who complained has a barky one herself.  Although the range of decibels between hers and mine, I'll admit, are a bit wide.
