House next door sold-we'll see what the new neighbor is like soon I imagine.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

The new Neighbor has muddy beat up Monster trucks and dirt oval race cars that he keeps out in front of the house. He's always coming and going with a big diesel truck hauling things in and out and drags a lot of mud out onto the road. He won't be a bad guy but maybe not quite what you were looking for in a neighbor.

Had a 10 degree temp rise in the house today.

You'd be pretty disappointed with what the tractors in NH and VT drag out into the roads. ;)

I have been trying a few different way of cooking mushrooms...
Found baking in garlic and chilli infused oil and butter and adding basil at the end nice :-)

Fried in same combination is also not too bad....
2004 S4R, Full Termi Kit, marving midpipe, DP Clutch pressure plate, Rizoma Open Clutch Cover,  Ducabike Slave Cyl and some tasteful carbon blingy goodness

must try . ..  frying has to do a lot with OIL and oil TEMP !!!

Thus my experimentation using more chilli, as she is not a big fan....
