Ok so about 425 in real life. That should put us at  1550 or so with two bikes. If I dont haul over 1800 lbs (gross weight) I dont have to register the trailer in Oregon.

An unregistered trailer won't fly out here. It will need a plate or you'll be discussing things with unreasonable people.
