just got back from pt . . . construction workers only know how to uckup things . . . water main broken . . .  no etr . . . estimated time for repair

That is what is happening  here . . .  too many constructions ... not enough planning

Well Of corse there are Political solutions. My solution is to Make some Fresh Chile Verde in the Cuisinart before the power goes out.
