Evening . . .

It's official now after X-Rays and CAT results have been given to Doctor; he just said, "you need to loose some weight and not get over 195lbs/88kg". . . Sadly I must admit, I weighted in today at 205lbs/93kg . . .

I think I will cut back on ice cream . . .

Well, I would only eat it 3xday by cutting 3 meals/day . . .that's a plan . . .  ;D
