We all got to meet with an HR rep today. The OT thing is clear now! Any billable hours after 44 hours in a week are paid at the hourly rate!  Or we can opt to use a flex time system for up to 40 hours and they cash it out every December.  I should have a GOOD check on Friday  [thumbsup]

The bonus plan is better too! Way better. Just have to keep up the good work.

As a salaried exempt employee they do not have to give us anything for any time worked over the 40 hour week. I am glad they choose to and do.

I have only worked 2 Saturdays. The hours come on long days of teaching, prep time and general admin time. Travel time is counted for classes out of the office.

I would have to log the hours either way, so I will take the $$!

I didn't know you were salaried. The 'hourly' rate thing confused me. Never mind it doesn't matter. I'm glad they're taking care of you.

Salary here too.  Balance out my unpaid OT by leaving early. 

I think I'll need a vacation from getting ready for vacation.

Called to confirm the dogs stay at the boarding on Sunday and was told they had no record of it.  [bang]  Thankfully they still had room.

B's son and wife will come to keep D-con company and work on emptying our bar.

Maps are almost ready.

Still have to pack.

Heck, I don't even know what my hourly rate is! There were many weeks when leaving early to make up for the uncomped OT was not possible. We were not allowed to carry over hours from one week to the next, but we did in small amounts. I like the new plan.
