Sounds like a great vacation Chris.  I miss you in the mornings here.  Next time you pop in to say hi the  [coffee]
is on me.

I miss the AMs too.  mornings have been busy.   Hopefully soon I'll be back online in TOSAT chatting over a cuppa.

Good example, Dan?   Nah.  I run to fight off the mass quantities of beer I drink and crap I eat.  I STILL owe G a sixpack from when I bought the bike (ou original deal) (although with lots of yoga I have met her stretching challenge for my hamstrings).

It's still buy a flounder a drink month

I am up to 3 miles nonstop running.  I run for the same reason!  [beer]

We are running every other day  too.  I could not have visible abs even if I did 500 sit-ups a day.  Laura, on the other hand, has a natural 6 pack with never a sit-up done. pregnant dog

I *used* to have a six pack.

I suppose I should get it back soon. That way we can get rid of the ironing board.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Yeah, so did I.  I drank it.  Now I buy by the case.  [drink]   [laugh]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.
