There have been a couple of good things from my no alcohol, no sugar, no dairy, no beans, or wheat. I have lost some weight, a couple of inches around my hips, clearer skin - blood pressure is up above 100! The 22nd is my last day. Then I slowly add foods back and see what happens. The GI issues are all over the map. Scheduling some tests for that.
