There was no way we could eat them all before they turned bad.
So I picked them, or rather cut them off the plant with scissors.



Then put them in the Cuisinart, right after removing the stems and any bad parts. About 15 pulses did the trick.




Then on to a pan lined with parchment paper for drying. I will try to dry them in the heat while we still have some.



We can use the dried pepper through the winter now.
