...about the Monster?

It is...after all. It'll get a lot worse before I look for its' replacement and send it to your house though.

It was on the dyno not long ago and despite it's age and basic lack of a lot of care it still makes good power.

I haven't had mine on a dyno in a few years, but HP is just a number.

My Monster still does everything I need it to, and is running great.  I expect many more years out of it.

Anything more of a bike would either go unused or get me in trouble.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

My imaginary bike is pristine.

Imaginary bikes are so much easier to clean and maintain. ;)

You are so right.

I never have to do anything to this. It's always clean, doesn't cost me any money, and I can change it whenever I want.

hello . . . interesting day . . . PT then to the car dealership to sweep and mop the floor with mechanic, floor manager and service manager . .. why? how come, car goes in with a faulty coil, giving 12.9km/l now gives 11.9km/l, that's about 140km per tank less . . OK, sorry, about 7mls/0.25gl from 9mls/0.25gl difference of about 80miles per tank . . . I drive 60miles daily . . .

Also interesting conversation with Nissan-Infinity/Renault Gen Mngr . . .

Team building. You should act like you are impressed that the managers are willing to demonstate that they can do the grunt work too. You should be slightly worried that they want to clean the floor with you. You best give a positive impression to them.

Dave, sadly, this is no fun . .. those missing miles have costed me an extra $80.00 in about 10 days !!!

Bikes in general. Some people get a little too attached, imo.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'm deathly attached to my imaginary bike. Nobody better mess with it.

I was more thinking about parts value.

A 900 motor with dyno numbers is valuable. [laugh]

Even weirder, some folks get attached to cars.
