the min is $13.75/hr . . . but they only knew the "base" hourly rate of $17.50 for a 44hr week . . . were I said I would work an extra hour everyday, 5 total so NOT to work on Saturday, 4 hour shift . . . so, I was giving them a 45 hour week for the cost of 44 . .

Gotta know what you're worth and stick to it.

It amuses me how much that number has varied for me.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
