Will have a look. I would recommend a different more scenic route down to Murwullimbah. I will ask Scott from there on, the best way heading south.

Our normal ride we do is from Yatala out over tamborine mountain and via Hinze Dam through to Numinbah Valley. Murwulimbah is not too much further from there. My good road knowledge stops there.... I have only really driven the pac motorway or inland via the Newell or New England.

Seems to be a common theme of unseasonably warm there.
Chatting with a guy in Kentucky today, said it was 75F there...

Kentucky is a world away from NH, but it should be 40 there and 0 here.

we've had temps over 34°C everyday for the last week and a half or so . . . nights wont come under 27°C . ..  AC is working hard to keep it cool

Good thing I keep a change of clothes at the office.  Ended up spending the night at a friends house. We had a small  holiday gathering and we all drank too much.
