Met with the boss today. She is requesting a salary adjustment for me. Equal to the FNG's!

Now I wait and see.  I did a write up quantifying my accomplishments. It included some student feed back. Fun, excellent, best and as of late - perfect - were the most used words.

We are talking motorcycle money and savings! Double the weekly number of bubble baths - water bill be damned. 

Now we wait till late March and see if it really happens. Contractually, they owe me $2,500 more for the year regardless.

The meds they gave me for the pain make me loopy.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I am not holding my breath! Will wait and see. IF the adjustment goes through, I will move closer to the office when my unit gets remodeled.
