Surprisingly well. My left leg is no more sore than any other part of my body. Actually, I am getting mild shin splints in my right leg, but not the injured one. We did the 4 miles (4.2 miles actually and VERY hilly) in about 45 mins. That's with waiting for some of the slower guys to catch up so we could finish as a group...
