I get up at 0430 each work day. I leave the house at 0630. The 2 hours is for internet time, play with Lucy time, shower and get ready time, eat, then walk Lucy for half an hour. She will be 5 (ish) tomorrow and seems to not want to walk as much.

I might try sleeping till 0500, shortening up each activity and bask in the thought of more sleep.
