Wow.  It took a LONG time to read all 182,000+ entries in this thread.  I probably should have started reading it back in 2008.

was basically thrown a "take it or leave it, NOW" offer, I calmly thanked for the coffee and mineral water offered, stood up and walked out . . . YES, I need the money, but, it was supposed to be a "meeting to discuss both parties needs/wants" not a "here it is, take or leave it"  . . .
