Had a good bike ride today. A couple of my friends are serious cyclists. We only did about 12 miles, but it kicked my butt. We rode over the I-90 bridge! Then around the lake and back to my place. I still have to get off and push up the bigger inclines.

Mom came and went-for once it was a nice visit.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
