Ironically it doesn't hurt the house sale too much. This area has moved out of the realm of reasonable as far as real estate goes.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Think of it as a layer of water-deeper is not always the answer.

evening . .  burger night tonight . .  just mixed 1.2 kgs(total) of sirloin-brisket-chuck . . .a little garlic coarse ground black pepper and onto the cast iron grill

Looks like the Jag will be totaled.

Just need to keep it over the weekend so Kristin has a chance to dance on the hood...  Because that is the only reason anyone ever buys a Jag.
