I like Broccoli. Eggplant might be worse than Kale.

I hope not. [puke]

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

No kale or eggplant for. No cooked greens either. Barf.

[beer] here! I packed a cooler. Have to eat breakfast and lunch out of it. There are dinner options. Went out with the Seattle City Light EHS team. Channeled my inter Carlos  and ate a huge  prime rib dinner.  [clap]

Technical question not worthy of its own thread, so I'm throwing it here:

Why on all (two) of my bikes do the header bolts rust so much faster than the rest of the bike?  I have an 8-yr old suzuki that was a garage queen under prior owners and looks like it just came off the assembly line but the bolts attaching the header to the engine look like they came off a 1940 Indian Chief that spent four weeks underwater during Katrina.  Is this common or is something rotten in the state of my garage?

Broccoli, not so much.  Broccoli rob  [drool]

Eggplant  [drool]

Kale, can be good when properly prepared.  Do remove the heavy veins and stems please!  Do add a good fat.

Olives  [drool] except for the canned bland ones.

Caper berries anyone?

Oh, and to keep up the topic:

Spanish olives with anchovies is the salty goodness of the gods.

Exhaust heat accelerates the rust.  Good ones are copper or at least copper plated.

Love good anchovies, but now I need to avoid them

Heat accelerates chemical reactions.
Said header bolts are threaded into an aluminum part, so there's some galvanic action too.

Kale is not a food.  [puke]

Black olives, broccoli, eggplant, yes, good stuff.

Both parents survived cancer.

I'd like to avoid it.

Fortunately, there are some official unofficial studies about the prevention of cancer with the help of cruciferous veggies.

I'll eat the stuff.   [thumbsup]

I'd be dead if the prevention recommendation was eating olives and meatloaf.    [puke] [puke] [puke]
