I have a well driller coming this morning. We'll see what he says.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

What happened with the well?

The driller that was here today is of the opinion the valley is drying up (I agree with him) and drilling a new one isn't likely to do much. He did offer to bring in a machine and clean out my old one, give it a tune up, if you will, and is of the opinion this will increase production. Whether this will give me enough output to pass a well test remains to be seen.

I told him to do it, and we'll go from there.

I am under contract for the house.

I would like to get this test out of the way first, so if it isn't going to pass, I can release the buyers to find something else.

We'll see what happens.
