It's likely going to be a while, especially since I'll be avoiding traveling north during the winter. I'll likely start the campaign for a "phase 2". in January, then maybe up there in march or April.

Evening . ..

Hot, humid and I am hungry . . . exercising does that . ..  according to app, I am burning and avg of 1200cal/day on the bike and 1749cal/walking during the whole day . . . Intake is about 2500cal/day . .. slight deficit of intake/output . . . but, NOT riding on weekends, just walking

Morning.  I might get some riding in this weekend.  Hoping to at least.  Temps have started dropping, so it's almost like you need two jackets, one for the morning ride, one for the evening.
