Any word on how long? If my internet went out for that long I'd use up all my data.

The concern is parking on a block that is completely commercial oriented, with the exception of a small condo project that has it's own off-street parking.

In other parts of the city, similar sized blocks have more retail/restaurants and offer valet parking.
