Off to class soon, then a debrief of last nights Halloween party. My Jellyfish looked OK  [laugh]

Seems like we have received nearly half the precip totals for the winter so far down here. That's just a seat of the pants measurement of course.

Edit:  According to actual weather Data, the average winter rainfall is 5 1/4". By the end of today we will be up to 2.3"

Seattle has had 9.06 inches of rain in October so far! It is a new record for rainfall in October.

It's been pretty dry this month in Paradise.  Record high temps, too.

Even had a 200+ acre brush/grass fire yesterday.



Luckily, there was one of the larger reservoirs in the area adjacent to the site and they were able to contain it by day's end.

Not sure if our local rotor head was involved.
