My concoction that I've been drinking forever includes a tablespoon of straight up cocoa (usually Ghiradelli) and 2 Tbsps of sugar or stevia.   We're talking YEARS of this! 


The occasional bulletproof / mammoth coffee is tasty once in a while...    [coffee] [thumbsup] :o

I'm going to blame it on fighting hormones and tastebuds.   [roll]

Stella, the salt gets rid of a lot of the bitterness making for a smoother cuppa joe.
