I wouldn't even need the rubber band.  8)
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

The pull from the zipper on my leathers broke, and the local cobbler/leather repair guy fixed me up.

I was more annoyed that it was brand new and he's going to want it.

At least the girls coat, while also new, was a goodwill special to the tune of seven bucks.

So all you need is the duct tape.
