That house was lower than about everything around it on that side of the road, including the road.

I wouldn't be surprised if it had some flooding issues.

Though that area hasn't had a ton of rain, either.

I was just tired of dealing with it.


Too many people, too.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It's not too bad here.

Now a bit East.....
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'll take their word for it.  I kind of like the daily do over. ;D

As far as I know, he's just drawing pictures of buildings and being Daddy Pants.  Will get more details when I see him.

Meeting with him to see if he is able to draw some pictures for a friend of mine.
