morning . . .

I eat 2 yogurts a day . . . sauerkraut is difficult to come by locally and the cheese is outtanyleague to buy . . .

Morning.   No  [coffee].   :P    That was doctor's recent orders here ("no caffeine, no sugar")

Haven't made it to the store to get decaf beans and I use stevia anyway so it's my own fault I'm without this morning.

And honestly, caffeine doesn't really do much for me as far as feeling more awake, giving me more energy.  But I loooove good coffee â€" with or w/o the "vitamin C"!
