Got my bike ready for the Michigan trip.

New front end...check.

Drain anti-freeze, and installed Kool Aid...check.

New Michelin rear slick...check.

De-glaze some different thickness steel plates to swap in case the slipper starts slipping under power...check.

Misc details...check.

That's the detail at the very end. ;)

I had grips to safety wire, made a protector for the rear shock...stuff that I've ignored for a long time. Last year I traveled the 1K miles each way, and my bike got temperamental. I'm hoping the proactive approach will allow me to wear out that slick. ;D
