Great news Carlos!

House in Denver is on the market as of yesterday afternoon.

A few showings already.  Market/traffic has cooled, unfortunately.  Hopefully, the 4 open houses tomorrow (including mine) will help.

Here's the listing if anyone is interested in taking a look/sharing with people who may be looking for a spot in Denver: http://www.recolorado.com/homes-for-sale/2609-Eudora-Street-Denver-CO-80207-211352419  And yes, looks are deceiving.  It's ~2,750 SF of finished space (including the basement).

Just got this for a job application I sent in about 5 months ago!!!

Dear Carlos,

Congratulations! Your answers to the written evaluation were some of the best we've seen for the Call Center Concierge role, so you have been selected to move forward in the process.

Looks nice! [thumbsup]

You've done some work since I was there last, or it just looks different in the light?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Good MoreNing.

One of those unicorn kind of days...  Don't need to go to work.

Instead, going [Dolph] shopping with a friend.

Any particular brand?

R-Nine-T is on the top of the list.

959 is also on the list.

It will be a good day of test rides.
