House in Denver is on the market as of yesterday afternoon.

A few showings already.  Market/traffic has cooled, unfortunately.  Hopefully, the 4 open houses tomorrow (including mine) will help.

Here's the listing if anyone is interested in taking a look/sharing with people who may be looking for a spot in Denver: http://www.recolorado.com/homes-for-sale/2609-Eudora-Street-Denver-CO-80207-211352419  And yes, looks are deceiving.  It's ~2,750 SF of finished space (including the basement).
