Be careful with over sizing a condensing boiler. That could cause short cycling which is counter productive to the design.

This is what they recommended for a 2700 sf house.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Longer than I'd like.

Probably two years down the road. Really depends on the cost of the slab. The framing and the rest is something I can do and won't run as much.

FWIW...you can run a slab off a gas hot water heater.
