In other news (this is for Howie):
Last saturday, driving through the city, I see a crow launch from the middle of the tree-lined street full of houses 1/2 mile from 2nd busiest road in the state.... look more closely... two big crows (doing their job I suspect cleaning up road kill)....  wait, there's a lot of white on that black crow... that's one big ass cro....no, it's a freeking bald eagle flying at my car and lifting up before my windwhield with a squirrel in its massive talons...     Some badassery moving into the city.    :o

Hello . . .

On other news, there is NO Ducati dealer in town anymore . . . Yes, they sold bikes, yes they had a shop, yes they also had a very high technician rotation after I left . . . All in all, the "new" management, let the brand die and Ducati Spa cancelled their distribuitor/dealerahip license; once again the brand is orphan . . . Now, I have just the tools to perform very basic maintenance operations and have an 8 to 5 job and WILL NOT work on Sundays for anyone . . . Seems biding is taking place to see who gets the new franchise . . . if they call, I will stand on what I think is just right for a salary

Add 10% to that number and lead with it.  That way, you have negotiating room.  [thumbsup]
